SEVN7 Intelligence

Build the technology your business needs next.

SEVN7 Intelligence designs and develops proprietary software, AI systems, intelligent platforms and connected business infrastructure around real operational and commercial problems.

You do not need to arrive with a finished specification. You may only know that a process is too slow, important information is difficult to use, an existing product is holding the business back or a commercial opportunity has not yet become technology.

We help turn that uncertainty into a clearer decision and a working system.

Which problem are you trying to solve?

Put AI to work with purpose.

/ AI & AgentsAI Integration for Business

We want to use AI, but we need a credible starting point.

We identify where AI can improve a process, product or decision, assess the data and technical foundations, and define the controls required before implementation.

/ AI & AgentsAI Agents for Business

Valuable knowledge is difficult to access or scale.

We build secure knowledge systems, intelligent search, internal tools and software-enabled services that make approved expertise easier to use.

Understand readiness, ownership and the controls needed for responsible use.

Create the systems your business needs.

/ Software & PlatformsCustom Software & Product Development

Our service, process or dataset could become a product.

We help assess the opportunity, define the user and commercial model, and develop proprietary SaaS, portals, data products and industry-specific platforms.

Custom Software & Product Development

/ Software & PlatformsInternal Systems & Automation

Repetitive work is consuming too much time.

We redesign and automate workflows, introduce governed agents where interpretation is required and connect the process to the systems employees already use.

Internal Systems & Automation

/ Software & PlatformsIntelligence Platforms & Decision Systems

Reporting is not helping the business decide what to do next.

We connect data, context, recommendations, decisions and actions through role-specific intelligence platforms and decision systems.

Intelligence Platforms & Decision Systems

/ Software & PlatformsSystems Integration & API Development

Our systems are useful individually but disconnected together.

We define the source of truth, build APIs and integrations, and make failures visible so data and workflows can move more reliably.

Our software no longer supports the business properly.

We review the product, architecture, code, data, integrations, security and user experience before recommending stabilisation, modernisation or replacement.

How We Work

You may not need more software. You may need the right system.

In established organisations, the right answer may sit across an existing technology estate rather than replacing it. We assess what should be retained, configured, integrated, extended, modernised or built.

The technology decision

Retain

Keep systems and capability that remain sound, useful and supportable.

Configure

Use more of a platform already owned where configuration can solve the problem without unnecessary development.

Integrate

Connect existing systems, data and workflows where the gap sits between tools rather than inside them.

Extend

Add a proprietary layer or specialist capability where the existing platform remains valuable.

Modernise

Stabilise, refactor, replatform or improve an existing product where technical debt or operating constraints are limiting progress.

Build

Create proprietary software where fit, ownership, differentiation or commercial value justifies the investment.

Many organisations already pay for a substantial technology stack.

The problem is that the tools do not always reflect how the business works. Information is duplicated. Work moves manually between teams. Reporting is disconnected from action. Employees create spreadsheets and workarounds to fill the gaps.

Elsewhere, companies can see opportunities in AI and software but are unsure whether they should build, buy, integrate or wait.

We begin by understanding the problem and the value of solving it. The technical answer follows.

Our capability areas

Govern & Protect

Governance, assurance, ownership, data responsibility, access control and legal readiness sit across the capability routes rather than existing as a separate technology silo.

AI & Agents

  • AI opportunity and use-case design
  • AI integration within existing products and workflows
  • governed AI agents and multi-agent systems
  • secure knowledge and retrieval systems
  • AI readiness, governance and risk
  • human-review and approval architecture

Software & Platforms

  • proprietary SaaS products
  • internal business systems
  • intelligence and decision platforms
  • client, customer and partner portals
  • data products and APIs
  • industry-specific software

Improve, Modernise & Connect

  • product and technical discovery
  • architecture and product health reviews
  • software modernisation
  • systems integration
  • data and workflow connection
  • long-term technical roadmaps

Working with your existing technology estate

Before recommending change, we can review systems of record, application dependencies, APIs, identity and access requirements, data ownership, legacy constraints, operational criticality, supplier dependencies and migration risk.

Interoperability over unnecessary replacement

Where reliable connection is the stronger route, we can use APIs, webhooks, data synchronisation, event-driven workflows, middleware or controlled proprietary interfaces to make specialist systems work together.

Functionality is only part of the requirement

For important systems, non-functional requirements can be as significant as the feature list: security, performance, availability, scalability, accessibility, recoverability, maintainability and auditability should be defined at the right level before they become expensive surprises.

Technical assurance

Depending on scope, assurance may include architecture review, code review, data validation, integration testing, access and security review, performance checks, AI-output evaluation, user acceptance, release readiness and rollback or recovery planning.

Total cost of ownership

We consider the initial build alongside infrastructure, third-party licences, APIs, model usage, data providers, monitoring, support, maintenance, internal ownership and future development. A lower build cost is not automatically the lower-cost system over its useful life.

Not sure what should be built?

That is often the correct place to begin.

Product Discovery & Technical Strategy helps answer:

  • What is the real problem?
  • Who needs the solution?
  • Is technology the right answer?
  • Should we build, buy, configure or integrate?
  • What data and systems are involved?
  • Where could AI create value?
  • What belongs in the first valuable release?
  • What risks and dependencies need resolving?
  • What level of investment is likely to be required?

A decision not to build can be valuable when it protects the business from the wrong investment.

Built to create an asset, not another dependency.

Ownership should be explicit

Where relevant, the commercial and technical model should make clear who controls bespoke IP, source repositories, cloud accounts, data, third-party licences, model and API dependencies, deployment access, documentation, support arrangements and future-development rights.

The architecture and documentation can also be structured with future procurement, technical due diligence, investment or enterprise onboarding in mind where those requirements are relevant.

The right technology can reduce cost and friction today while creating stronger options for the future.

It may help the company protect knowledge, own more of the customer experience, improve margins, create recurring revenue, develop proprietary data or strengthen its intellectual property.

That means architecture, documentation, ownership, security, data portability and future development need to be considered from the beginning.

Bring us the problem before the specification.

We will help you understand what should change, what the right technical route could be and what the first meaningful stage should prove.
