We value code review, documented architecture decisions, appropriate testing, clear ownership, security thinking, observable systems and deliberate technical trade-offs.

AI at work
We expect people to be curious about AI and automation. We also expect them to understand the evidence, security, data and accountability behind the work they produce. AI can accelerate the work; it does not remove professional responsibility for the result.
Specialists who can see the whole system
We want specialists. We also want an engineer to care about the user, a product person to understand technical constraints, a commercial person to understand what the product can actually do, an AI engineer to care about governance and failure, and a designer to understand workflow and permissions.

SEVN7 Intelligence is being built around focused remote work and purposeful in-person time. Some work benefits from uninterrupted focus; some work becomes significantly better when people are in a room together. We use both deliberately.
